LANERCOST CofE Primary School has created a commemorative video after it received a new 'outstanding' Ofsted report.
The village school has created a 'day in the life' style video as it continues to celebrate the awarding of its new top rating by the education watchdog.
Lanercost CofE Primary School, which is led by headteacher Lexi Wilkinson, received its second 'Outstanding' rating following an inspection that took place on Wednesday, June 5.
Now the school has put together a video that showcases the establishment at its best.
Speaking previously, Lexi Wilkinson expressed her pride and appreciation for the collective efforts of the school staff after they received their latest Ofsted ranking.
She said: "This achievement is thanks to our teachers, support staff, children, and parents.
"Everyone has played a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children."
The Ofsted report picked out the strengths of Lanercost C of E Primary School.
The report noted: "Staff are positive role models.
"They foster pupils’ love of reading remarkably well."
"The curriculum is highly ambitious.
"It enables pupils, including those with SEND, to shine in each subject."
