TRAINS between Carlisle and Barrow are facing disruption, due to a 'points failure' on the line.
Services between Carlisle and Barrow-in- Furness are currently facing disruption due to a 'points failure', with Northern Rail saying they are currently waiting for an estimate as to when staff will be on site to resolve the issue.
In a statement on social media, Northern Rail said: "Our services between Carlisle and Barrow-in-Furness are currently facing disruption due to a points failure.
"Network Rail are aware of the problem, we are awaiting an estimate for when staff will be on site to resolve the issue."
