For the second successive Monday, the crew from Cumbria Fire and Rescue's Brampton station have had to attend a grass fire in a field in Brampton.
The field, known locally as the Ridge Field to the rear of Stanley Road in Brampton, was attended by the Brampton Appliance at 6.34pm on Monday July 15.
The fire was extinguished using one hose reel and handtools.
