Alcedo Care has strengthened its Cumbria-based marketing team with the addition of three new members.
The recruits, Andrew Cara, Regina Copado, and Jialin Zhou, are set to support the company's future growth and expansion plans.
Mr Cara, who takes on the position of graphic design manager, previously spent nearly two decades at Design Production & Installation, honing his craft in events, exhibitions, and signage.
At Alcedo, he will be tasked with maintaining the premium quality of all brand assets, in physical and digital form.
He will also establish a photography and videography library for clients and staff.
Mr Cara said: "I was attracted to Alcedo Care as I really admire and respect the company.
"They have ethos where ‘everybody matters’ and that is something I have not experienced in my career before."
Ms Copado and Ms Zhou will fill the roles of digital marketing managers.
With global experience in digital marketing, Ms Copado will concentrate on creating and executing marketing strategies, aiming to extend Alcedo's brand values to a wider audience.
She said: "I wanted to work for Alcedo Care as I love helping people.
"I know I will find fulfilment in this role, watching clients meet the right carer and experience a richer, more independent life."
Ms Zhou, who carries experience from high-tech and clinical research industries, plans to grow Alcedo's Live-In Care division by driving leads and enquiries through digital platforms.
She said: "My immediate objective is to use my digital experience and knowledge to help grow the Live-In Care division."
Andy Boardman, managing director at Alcedo Care, said: "With 22 branches across the North of England and Wales, and a strong portfolio of care services, it was the right time to expand our marketing team.
"With the appointment of Andy, Regina and Jialin, we can create and carry out targeted marketing campaigns that align with the company’s strategy, ultimately reaching new clients."
Alcedo Care is already sewing seeds for its future, taking steady steps towards meeting its goal of operating 30 branches across the North of England and Wales by 2025.
As part of its expansion efforts, the award-winning and family-owned Group is committed to expanding its range of quality home care services, focusing notably on complex care, mental health, live-in care, children’s services, and young people’s crisis management residential homes.
