CUMBRIA Police have been granted a full closure order on a property in Currock.
Officers from Carlisle City East NPT have been granted the closure order following repeated antisocial behaviour at the location.
In a post on social media, Cumbria Police wrote: "This process, granted by the courts, evicts the resident from the property for a period of three months initially in order to provide much-needed respite to local residents.
"We often talk on social media about ASB and the consequences of this behaviour, today's application and successful awarding by the courts reinforces our message. ASB will not be ignored and will not be tolerated.
"If you, your child or persons living at your address cause antisocial behaviour in our neighbourhoods we will use the full extent of powers available to us in the criminal and civil courts to bring this behaviour to a stop, including removing you from your address."
