CUMBRIA Police are investigating after a public bin was damaged in Penrith.
Officers are investigating the incident that occurred this week where a bin was vandalised at Castle Park, Penrith.
In a post on social media, Cumbria Police wrote: "PCSO 5133 on patrol today at Castle Park, Penrith, received a report of criminal damage to a bin at Children's Play Area previous evening (July 22).
"If anyone has relevant information to help identify the perpetrator(s), contact police on 101, quoting incident no. CP- 20240723-0072."
