A group of young creatives have come together to create an 'exciting' live performance at a Penrith park.
A number of young people from the Penrith area have created a live dance performance titled - 'Red - An Audio Adventure' - which is being performed in the town's Castle Park between Thursday, July 25 and Saturday, July 27.
The performance, which has been organised and directed by Stefan Escreet's Ragged Edge Productions and choreographed by Kelly McClelland from Eden Dance, takes locals on a journey around the park as specially created audio accompanies dancing from Eden Youth Dance Company.
After the event got underway, Stefan was on hand to explain more about this adaptation of Little Red Riding Hood and how it harnesses local talent.
He said: "This is an exciting celebration of the creative talent of young people in Cumbria and the story has been inspired by Castle Park itself.
"Our Audio Adventures combine the powerful intimacy of sound production with the spectacle of outdoor dance."
