A retail unit on Carlisle's London Road has been sold at auction.
The unit on 6 London Road, which has been trading at The Private Shop, went under the hammer for £56,000.
The property, which was being marketed by Carigiet Cowen, was sold with Auction House Cumbria at the Halston Hotel on July 18.
Ben Blain, an estate agent with Carigiet Cowen, noted that 'interest around the property had been strong'.
