A Carlisle education centre has shared its pride following a recent Ofsted inspection.
Ofsted visited the Kip McGrath Education Centre Carlisle, which was set up in 2019 and is located on Fisher Street, on July 8, before publishing the report on July 29.
At the time of the visit, the inspector confirmed that the centre is complying with all of the requirements for registration on the Childcare Register.
Centre owner and tutor Carly Johnston said: "We are on the Ofsted voluntary register and have been since I took over the Carlisle centre in 2019. We pride ourselves on providing excellent education to children and adults from Carlisle and the surrounding areas.
"We offer alternative provision throughout the day and lots of local primary and secondary schools trust us to work with their students. As an Ofsted registered centre, it is important to ensure that we are always meeting the highest standards.
"We had an unannounced visit from Ofsted in July, who confirmed that we are fully compliant with their standards and confirmed our position on their register. This provides reassurance to schools and parents about the quality of our educational provision."
