A NEW dental practice will soon be opening in West Cumbria.
The dentists will be located in Egremont town centre on the main street.
It will occupy the former Bupa Dental Practice and will be open throughout the week.
Akhyaar Manzoor, founder, director, CEO at Saint Visage Dental Group said: "The ex-Bupa Dental Practice on Market Street, Egremont will start to operate 5 days per week soon.
"All the patients who were previously registered with Bupa would automatically retain their registration.
"We will start contacting those patients soon. There is a big backlog so it may take us a while to get through it."
The practice is already operating under the name Egremont Dental Aesthetics and Implant Centre.

And next month the dental surgery will start to be open Monday until Friday.
The practice aims to provide free dental treatment to all children living in Egremont.
Mr Manzoor says that parents will soon be able to book their appointments online via the appointments portal.
He continued: "Please also note that you would need to use the exact same telephone number and email during the booking that you last used in the practice.
"If either has changed, you would first need to have them updated in our system by calling us. Otherwise, the system won't be able to find you.

"The practice doesn't currently have any signs outside and may appear to be closed but I can assure you we are open and hopefully, the new signs reflecting the new name will be installed in the next couple of weeks.
"Until we grow our clinical team, we will be prioritising old Bupa patients registered at this practice and all the children under 18 living in Egremont. So if you are one of these two groups, you will be covered.
"You will get contacted in due course as we work through the backlog or you can book your own checkup online from next month or call the practice."
