Yesterday (July 31) the Allerdale Neighbourhood Policing Team secured a criminal behaviour order against a man for two years.
The order was secured against Colin Orr, 54, who must comply with the following conditions
- He must not enter any property or premises that are members of the Workington Schemelink scheme or displaying the Schemelink sign at any time.
- He can enter Boots, Murray Road, Workington, on one occasion per week solely for the purpose of collecting prescription/medication.
Anyone who witnesses the terms of such a court order being broken should contact the police immediately.
The punishment for breaking the terms of a CBO can be up to five years in prison.
