The Stanwix Chippy, which is located on Scotland Road, has been trading as a fish and chip shop since the 1920s and is now available to be taken over by new owners.
The chippy has been listed Edwin Thompson and is available with all of its fixtures and fittings included in the asking price as a freehold property.
The property is also located in a 'central trading location' and is surrounded by other local businesses such as Stanwix Tandoori and Duke Hare Barbers.
