Two men have been charged after around 1,000 cannabis plants were discovered in Whitehaven yesterday (August 6).
Drilon Hasani, 32, and Agron Lushi, 39, were charged with producing Class B drugs after officers conducted a warrant at a property on Lowther Street.
They are due to appear at North and West Magistrates today (August 7).
Cumbria police added that the warrant was conducted as part of Operation Lookout, their response to tackling commercial cannabis grows.
