A EUCHARIST will be held at Carlisle Cathedral later this year.
This will be held on Saturday, September 21, from 2pm until 3pm.
The Eucharist will celebrate the 30th Anniversary of The Ordination of Women to the Priesthood.
In a post on social media, Carlisle Cathedral wrote: "All are welcome to attend a special service to be held at Carlisle Cathedral to mark the 30th anniversary of the first ordination of women to the priesthood.

"Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance.
"After the service refreshments will be served in the Cathedral. Places are limited and bookings for refreshments can be made when you reserve your ticket."
