The Spotted Cow café, located at 42-44 King Street, is accepting offers in the region of £180,000.
The family-run cafe is currently operating and will be sold along with its premises.
It has been brought to market by Edwin Thompson.
King Street is the main thoroughfare of Wigton and the site is neighboured by well-known brands such as Greggs, Lidl, B&M as well as local traders such as Sandersons Hardware, Harrison Butchers and Bron-Ja’s.

"The family-run business offers a café to the ground floor with a kitchen bar, serving area, and ample seating to the front and rear of the property. There is also a store and WC’s to the rear of the property.
"Fixtures and fittings are included in the sale of the property, an itinerary of which can be available to interested parties upon request.
"The first floor is currently being used as a store, however has all of the fixtures and fittings to be used as an additional service area, with a kitchen, seating area and WC’s," it reads.
The combined area of both floors is 1,808 sq.ft.
