THE MEXICAN food unit which had people queuing up before they even opened has officially announced its new date for returning to Carlisle.
NACHO NACHO will be opening its new doors on 21 West Tower Street this Friday and Saturday.
Since its inception, the well-travelled NACHO NACHO Van has been renowned throughout Carlisle and the Lake District, catering local hotspots and private events.
Founded by Carlisle-born sisters, Gill and Laura Hutton, the business has evolved from a popular street food truck to this fixed location where they will be offering deliveries, sit-ins, and takeaway following renovations throughout the year.
It will be open from 4.30pm to 9pm this coming Friday and Saturday.

Following the opening weekend, NACHO NACHO will operate with reduced hours throughout its first month, maintaining the 4.30 pm to 9 pm schedule on select dates: August 23rd, 24th, 30th, 31st and September 6th and 7th.
“We will be launching new products and events that we are very excited about," Gill said.
" And we can't wait to welcome back our old customers and hopefully meet some new ones too.
“We want to thank our families for all their help and support while we've been renovating it, and a special thanks to Simon at Red Herring.”
