Carlisle's hugely popular chocolate shop has confirmed a date for the grand opening of its new store.
Castle Chocolates is inviting members of the public to attend the opening of its new store on Saturday, August 31 at 10am, with a ribbon cutting planned for 10.30am.
The current shop will be closed from Monday, August 26, to allow owners sufficient time to complete the move.
On June 20, the business confirmed that it had picked up keys for its new premises, which will be three doors down from their current location on Fisher Street.
It has taken over from the First We Eat deli, which was forced to close its doors in March.
The new shop will also have a sales area around three times the size of the current store.
On Facebook, Castle Chocolates wrote: "Join us for a sweet celebration filled with delicious surprises! Indulge in FREE samples of our latest chocolate creations and enjoy complimentary drinks as you explore our exquisite range of handcrafted delights."
