Police are investigating an assault that occurred on Saturday 17 August at around 11:30pm outside Base Express, The Crescent, Carlisle.
The victim has received a broken nose and lacerations to his face.
A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault. He has been released on bail.
Officers are keen to identify and speak with the male pictured and urge anybody with any information or CCTV footage of this incident to come forward.
