A SENTENCE date has been set for a Kendal man who has admitted possessing cannabis with intent to supply while in Longtown.
Luke Harris, 31, committed the offence on July 24. During a brief hearing at Carlisle Crown Court, no further details of the offence were disclosed, other than the amount of drug the defendant had.
This was confirmed to be 88.7g.
Judge Nicholas Barker ordered a background Probation Service report on Harris, of Woodbank, Endmoor, Kendal, and set the day of sentence as September 26. In the meantime, the defendant will remain remanded in custody.
