Roadworks on Warwick Road are now complete, say Cumberland Council.
The council have been working alongside DSD Construction on a transformation of the A69 Warwick Road, from Lismore Place to Cecil Street.
Now that the works are complete, motorists can expect to see a fresh new carriageway inlay, crisp line markings, and enhanced drainage, which should ensure a smoother, safer drive for everyone.
Cumberland Council said: "This is just one of the many ways we’re working to improve our community’s infrastructure. Thanks to everyone for your support and patience during the works!"
The works had been ongoing from July 29.
