DATES for member-led drop-in sessions discussing next year's Appleby Horse Fair have now been confirmed.
These sessions allow community members the opportunity to engage with representatives of the Multi-Agency Strategic Coordinating Group (MASCG), with hopes to ensure that the fair is both a safe and enjoyable event for local residents and visitors going ahead.
The 2025 event will take place from Thursday, June 5 to Wednesday, June 11.
Details for the upcoming feedback sessions are as follows:
Appleby Library
Westmorland and Furness Council councillors Graham Simpkins and Andy Connell will be available on:
- Wednesday 18th September 2024, 4pm – 5pm
- Wednesday 20th November 2024, 2pm – 3pm
- Wednesday 22nd January 2025, 10am – 11am
- Wednesday 19th March 2025, 4pm – 5pm
Kirkby Stephen Local Links
Drop-in sessions to be led by councillor John Murray.
