Cumbrian Anna Nicholson has won a bronze medal at the Paralympic Games.
The Brampton athlete came third in the women's F35 shot put in Paris.
A best throw of 9.44m was enough to put the 29-year-old on the podium.
Nicholson's best effort came in her second throw in Thursday morning's final.
Further throws of 9.14, 8.91 and 9.18 followed.
Nicholson finished behind Ukrainian winner Mariia Pomazan, who threw 12.75m and China's Jun Wang, who took silver with 11.94.

The Cumbrian's bronze-winning throw in the Stade de France, which was narrowly short of her personal best, was ahead of her nearest rival, fourth-placed Czech athlete Anna Luxova.
Former William Howard School student Nicholson's achievement came in her second Paralympics, and saw her improve on her sixth-placed finish in the Tokyo Games in 2021.
Now based in the north east, where she competes with Gateshead Harriers and works in the car production industry, Nicholson, who has cerebral palsy, took up the shot put alongside the discus when she was 16.
She was first introduced to field events by William Howard's former head of PE Lenny Miller, the father of Team GB hammer throwing star Nick Miller.
Her early training sessions were at the Sheepmount in Carlisle, and recently set a new personal best of 9.47m.
