A MAN has been arrested for failing to appear at court – after he was found to be 14 times over the legal drug driving limit earlier this year.
Allerdale police officers were patrolling Cockermouth this morning, September 5 when they arrested a wanted man in the town.
The man will now go before court in relation to a drug driving offence in which he was found to be over the limit.
In a statement on social media, Allerdale Police said: “PC 2758 has been out and about in Cockermouth this morning, she has arrested a wanted male for failing to appear at court, he will now be put before the court to hear his punishment."
