A SEX offender breached a court order by having two PlayStations which had not been installed with monitoring software.
Graham Capocci, 51, admitted two breaches of a sexual harm prevention Order when he appeared before Workington Magistrates’ Court this week.
The defendant had a PlayStation 3 and a PlayStation 4 - both internet enabled devices that were not being monitored - in his possession on August 25.
The case was committed to the crown court for sentence. Graham, of Wellington Row, Whitehaven, will be sentenced on October 1.
