A MAN has appeared in court after fraudulently using a company fuel card to fill up a personal vehicle.
Razvan Floroiu, 26, admitted fraud by false representation when he appeared before Workington Magistrates’ Court this week.
The defendant dishonestly used a company fuel car to fill up a personal vehicle in Maryport, intending to cause loss to Consignia Logistics.
Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 100 hours of unpaid work. Floroiu, of Kirby Street, Maryport, was ordered to pay £853.18 in compensation.
