An employability expert has helped more than 32,500 people in Cumbria and Lancashire over the past year.
Inspira, which provides support for people to reach their full potential, released its annual impact report on Employability Day.
The report highlights the company's work in the region over the past year, which has also included working with more than 700 businesses.
Mark Bowman, CEO of Inspira, said: "We are pleased that we have been able to reach even more people in the past year to help them into employment, education, or training.
"This achievement is testament to the positive impact of our initiatives on young people and adults alike.
"Going forward, we are committed to expanding our reach and enhancing our services to ensure that everyone has the chance to succeed."
The company provides a range of services and programmes throughout the North West, including career guidance, skills development, and bespoke employment programmes.
The company estimates that its work has created more than £4.35 million of social value.
The impact report was released as part of the celebrations for Employability Day, which had the theme of Employment Support for Every Citizen this year.
