POLICE are investigating an incident where a 20-year-old man was assaulted.
The man was punched in the face and attacked whilst on the floor, resulting in loss of consciousness and a cut to the face.
The incident occurred on July 28, 2024, between 4.45am and 4.50am at the junction of Botchergate and Portland Place in Carlisle.
Police are seeking assistance to identify the man pictured as part of their investigations

Operation Enhance is a Cumbria Police county-wide crackdown on anti-social behaviour (ASB) and serious violence.
The operation is focused on 18 hotspot areas, including one in Botchergate.
