A former restaurant unit in Carlisle's city centre is heading to auction a year after it first opened.
The restaurant, formerly known as Elements, opened its doors on October 28, 2023, at the corner of Cecil Street, offering an 'innovative' dining experience and a strong focus on cocktails.
Located at 50-52 Cecil Street, the basement restaurant is set to go under the hammer with a guide price of £30,000.
Auction House Cumbria will be overseeing the sale of the property, with the auction scheduled for October 24 at noon, at The Halston Hotel.
According to the listing, the property has operated as a restaurant for many years.
However, it is also suitable for other uses, including a possible change of use to residential, subject to the necessary planning consent.
The restaurant space includes a main bar and restaurant area, toilets, a separate dining room and a kitchen.
