CARLISLE Cathedral will be hosting a 'Big Sing' service.
This will include performances by their choir and The Salvation Army Band, amongst others.
The service has been organised by the Heart of the City Mission Community.
In a post on social media, Carlisle Cathedral wrote: "Please join us on Sunday, September 29, at 3pm as we enjoy songs through the ages with The Salvation Army Band, The Salvation Army Songsters, Carlisle Taizé Choir, a Contemporary Worship Band and the Cathedral Choirs. Interviews will be led by reverend Richard Corrie.
"This special service will also include a farewell to canon Michael, as he leaves for pastures new."
