A Brampton-based cafe has launched its new seasonal selection of desserts.
The Coffee Lounge on Brampton's Townfoot Industrial Estate was opened by mother-and-daughter duo Emma and Elizabeth Holt at the beginning of November 2023.
As Autumn and Winter take hold, the Coffee Lounge has launched a new selection of seasonal desserts which includes waffles paired with English Lakes ice cream, a seasonal fruit pie, homemade fruit crumble or cobbler in various flavours such as sticky toffee, rhubarb and ginger, and Seville orange.
Emma also owns The Lotus Rooms above the cafe, and speaking previously had called it the realisation of her mother and her dreams.
She said: "My mum and I had always wanted to do a coffee lounge and eatery together so we saw the oppourtinty and just got stuck in and started converting what was basically a concrete block into a nice coffee lounge."
