Landlords in the Eden area are invited to a free event next week that will give insights into the private rental sector and advice from a wide range of organisations.
Westmorland and Furness Council is hosting the Healthy Homes Pathfinder Project Landlord Forum Event at the Penrith Conference Centre on Monday October 7.
It's part of the government funded Healthy Homes project which aims to improve privately rented properties within six wards of the legacy Eden locality.
On the day, there will be advice and guidance sessions held by the Healthy Homes team, the National Residential Landlords Association, the Department of Work and Pensions, Cumbria Police, Cumbria Action for Sustainability, and the Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
Find out more about the event or book a spot on the Trybooking website.
