A Carlisle HR consultancy has been named a finalist in two categories at a national awards ceremony.
Realise HR has been shortlisted in the Agency Recruitment Team of the Year (fewer than 25 employees) and Best New Recruitment Agency of the Year categories at the 2024 British Recruitment Awards.
The awards signify a period of growth for the consultancy with recent successful tenders with organisations such as Tropicana, Manchester Growth Hub, and Cumbria Community Foundation.
The firm delivers HR solutions to organisations of different sizes from SMEs to large corporations across the UK and Europe.
Claire McLean, founder and chief executive officer, said: "We are absolutely delighted to be finalists for the British Recruitment Awards.
"We have developed a recruitment solution that delivers a 5 star client and candidate experience, not to mention our fill rate being 56% higher than the industry average.
"Not only does this signify the growth we have seen in our most recent division, but also the care and attention we put into our recruitment solutions."
The 2024 HR Awards saw more than 300 companies applying for a range of awards including start-up innovators, public sector heroes, tech superstars, and global titans.
Nate Harwood, founder of New Possible and British Recruitment Awards judge, said: "We continue to be impressed by the growing number and outstanding quality of entries.
"It was fantastic to see such diversity, with nominations from organisations of all sizes and sectors, each with an inspiring story to tell.
"Congratulations to all the finalists who are flying the flag for talent acquisition."
