A charity shop in Carlisle is offering people the chance to find high-end fashion items.

Shelter in Carlisle is one of the stores across the UK to be involved in the campaign with fashion brand AllSaints.

The collaboration, which marks AllSaints' 30th birthday and World Homeless Day on October 10, has seen the brand donate 5,000 items to Shelter.

These include rare pieces, samples, and items from previous collections.

Shelter's head of retail, Tracey Morrison, said: "We are really delighted to be partnered with AllSaints and to be part of their 30th birthday celebrations.

"We’re grateful for their ongoing donations and the support of their teams nationwide.

"This event feels extra-special and we can’t wait to see what our customers make of it."

In addition to the AllSaints donations, there will be the best of Shelter's items available, including designer and vintage pieces selected for the event.

The highlight of the event is the chance to find a Golden Ticket item in each participating store, including the one in Carlisle.

These will be special AllSaints items, selected by the brand's design director and hidden in the stores for shoppers to find.

Catherine Jobling, COO of AllSaints, said: "We are passionate about making sure our brand is a force for positivity and change, and working with Shelter is an important part of that.

"This year is particularly special for AllSaints as we celebrate our 30th anniversary and we wanted to celebrate in ways that felt significant and genuinely meaningful.

"We’re really looking forward to seeing people enjoying discovering items in store."

Ms Morrison said: "Every time you shop with Shelter, you are supporting our fight for home."
