CUMBRIA Police have been conducting foot patrols in an effort to tackle antisocial behaviour.
Officers have been out through the night in West Cumbria on patrol.
This followed reports of youth antisocial behaviour in Whitehaven.
In a post on social media, Cumbria Police wrote: "We don’t just patrol during the day! Following a report of youths behaving in an antisocial manner, officers are out on foot patrol in Whitehaven town centre.
"Parents, if you know your children are out, please ensure they are not caught up in such in incidents as this may result in contact from ourselves to come and collect them.
"Anyone located will be dealt with robustly. We all play a part in respecting our neighbourhoods."
