A popular crafts and food fair is set to move into Carlisle Cathedral due to the ongoing city centre work.
Quirky Eclectica, which brings together more than 25 local businesses at its monthly market stall event in the city centre, will be moving into Carlisle Cathedral for the next three months as regeneration work continues.
The crafts and food fair is the brainchild of Ashley Walker, owner of resin jewellery, homeware, and accessories business All Things Nice By Ashley, as well as Manor Barn Organics' Tracey Lindsay, who founded the business collective in 2022.
Ashely, confirming the move, said: "We are delighted to be able to continue trading during the next few months and to be hosting our fair in the beautiful grounds of Carlisle Cathedral.
"We are also very excited to see the end result of Carlisle city centre and look forward to being back there in the new year.
"Our monthly Artisan Craft & Food fair is the perfect place to shop small this Christmas and support your local small businesses."
