Landlords are being invited to a free event to learn about the new Renters Rights Bill.
The government is set to introduce the bill, which will bring significant changes to the private rental sector for the first time since the Housing Act 1988.
PFK Property Management is hosting the event, which will be led by lettings expert Darrel Kwong from DWK Consultancy.
The event will be held at Roundthorn Country House, in Penrith, on January 22 at 5pm.
