Police are investigating an assault that happened earlier this week as a hate incident.
During the incident, which happened on October 8 at approximately 12.10pm on English Street, Carlisle, near St Cuthbert's Lane, a man was assaulted by a male teen, causing no injury.
The male is described as a slim, white, approximately 16/17-years- old, 6ft with blonde hair with short sides and wearing black tracksuit.
Police said they are looking for anyone who witnessed the assault to contact them.
