CUMBRIA Police have been monitoring speeding drivers on a road in Brampton.
Community volunteers were also able to attend to help the police tackle speeding issues in their communities.
This was part of the Speed Watch scheme that aims to prevent speeding-related accidents on Cumbrian roads.
In a post on social media, Cumbria Police wrote: "PC 2668 and PCSO 5382 from North and Rural NPT were out this morning supporting volunteers from Brampton Speed Watch Group.
"Speed Watch is a scheme run by Cumbria Police whereby members of the public can assist with reducing speeding within their local community.
"If you would like further information on how to join or start a Speed Watch group in your area please contact us via 101."
