Woman receives cuts and bruises following assault on bus in Egremont (Image: Staff)
Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault that occurred on a bus Monday, October 14
It occurred on the number 30 3:10pm bus at the Egremont Cemetery bus stop at around 4pm.
The incident involved man and a woman assaulting another woman.
The woman received cuts and bruises.

A spokesperson for Cumbria Police said: "Anyone with information relating to this incident can report online, quoting incident number 155 of 14 October 2024. You can also phone on 101.
"Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
