YEAR 12 students from Caldew School visited the home of Liverpool FC, Anfield, for a university event.
The event was held at Anfield on Tuesday, October 15 by UK University & Apprenticeship Search, a group that aims to 'ensure every student gets the chance to meet a variety of apprenticeship providers, universities and colleges in person'.
Students from across the country attended the event at the home of Arne Slot's Liverpool FC alongside Year 12 students from Caldew School.
The local secondary school students also enjoyed a campus tour of the nearby Liverpool John Moores University.
A spokesperson for Caldew School said: "Caldew School Year 12 students visited Anfield Stadium for the UK University and Apprenticeship fair as well as a campus tour of Liverpool John Moores University.
"The event at Anfield Q and A large-scale event where students could meet university and apprenticeship providers.
