Students from Stagecoach Performing Arts School in Carlisle travelled north of the border to perform at the world-famous Pavilion Theatre in Glasgow.
The students were performing as part of the the Trafalgar Entertainment and Stagecoach Performing Arts Worldwide Event ‘Glasgow Live!’ event.
Students and the Stagecoach Team created a ‘Fame’ inspired eight-minute performance piece which included, song, dance, projections, lights and costume.
Principal of Stagecoach Carlisle, Naomi Bewsher said, “Events run by our head Office Events Team keep getting better and better.
“It is wonderful to be able to offer these performance opportunities to our students; to be part of an enriching, supportive and motivational event, an experience we will never forget.
“I was so proud of our students. They conducted themselves professionally all day, enjoying the singing workshop, technical and dress rehearsals, getting a true feel for professional theatre.
“The troupe gave their very best performance, feeling every emotion in every song and projected this out to the audience and beyond - It was spine tingling.”
It was also lovely for them to get-to-know some of the students from our sister schools Kendal, Lancaster, Edinburgh and Stirling. All the students were very complimentary of one another’s performances, and it was great to see such comradery.”
