POPULAR bakery Dough-Luxe has announced that it will 'temporarily close' for two weeks.
The bakery, which is located in Carlisle's Market Hall, is owned by baker Andy King who started his sweet treats and savoury bites business in December 2023.
Now Andy has announced that after 10 months of 'unbelievably hard' work, he will be closing the bakery for two weeks between Monday, October 28 and Monday, November 11 for some rest and recuperation.
Writing on social media, he said: "After working unbelievably hard for the past 10 months straight Dough-Luxe Bakery will be temporarily closed from October 28 to November 11, for some much-needed R and R.
"We will be back open again on November 12 ready to fulfill your baked beastie needs.
"As always thank you so much for your continued support, we’ve come so far and it’s all down to you legends."
