Cumbria's Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (PFCC), David Allen, wants to hear Penrith residents' concerns.
He will attend the town's Winter Droving event on October 26, aiming to listen to concerns around Policing and Fire.
Mr Allen said: "As the voice of the public within Policing and Fire, it’s really important for me to attend local events and give residents the opportunity to raise any concerns with me.
"This is my first Winter Droving as Commissioner and my first event in Penrith so I am keen to listen to the public’s concerns.
“Winter Droving gives me the opportunity to speak to those living in Penrith and surrounding areas about their views on crime and how we, as Police and Fire, can better serve their communities.
