CARLISLE's Stone Eden Nursery School has announced the end of its Holiday Club provision with a 'heavy heart'.
The nursery school, which is located in Wheelbarrow Hall on Holme Lane, Carlisle has announced that after the October half term, it will no longer be offering its Holiday Club provision.
However, this comes as the nursery has invested in expanding its nursery provision and providing new resources including sensory and soft play sets and a new buggy park.
Writing on social media, they said: "As you may have noticed we are expanding our nursery provision for all age groups.
"We have invested in new resources for the children including sensory and soft play sets and our fabulous new buggy park.
"Unfortunately, it is with a heavy heart that we must announce the end of our Holiday Club provision.
"Our last holiday club for school-age children will take place during October Half Term.
"We will be providing temporary places for nursery-age children during school holidays. These places will however be limited to availability."
