A city centre car park will have a reduced capacity from Friday, October 25 until the morning of Thursday, October 31 while a funfair is held on the site.
Cumberland Council-operated Castle car park, on Devonshire Walk, will remain open for general use, however, capacity will be reduced temporarily while the event is held.
Bays to the north (Bitts Park/skate park side) of the coach and caravan bays will be used by the fair.

A spokesperson for Cumberland Council said: “We remind all fair-goers and other customers that pay and display charges still apply during the event and vehicles must park in designated bays, with bays marked for coaches/minibuses/caravans only to be used for their intended purpose.”
