Part of a road in Carlisle will close for up to five days for roadworks.
It affects a section of Brisco Road and comes into place from October 28 till November 1, between 7am and 5pm.
The affected stretch of road, approximately 280 meters long, runs from the junction with Newbiggin Road in a southeasterly direction.
During the closure, drivers will need to follow a signed diversion route via Newbiggin Road, Burthwaite Road, the C1017, and the unrestricted section of Brisco Road.
Motorists are advised to plan ahead to avoid delays, and anyone with questions regarding the closure can contact the Highways Hotline on 0300 373 3736 or visit the Cumberland Council website.
