A basement restaurant unit in Carlisle's city centre has been sold at auction.
The Cecil Street restaurant, formerly known as Elements which only opened a year ago, was sold for £30,000.
Auction House Cumbria oversaw the sale of the property at the auction on October 24 at The Halston Hotel, with bidding starting at the £20,000 mark.
The restaurant space includes a main bar and restaurant area, toilets, a separate dining room and a kitchen.
