A prominent commercial property block in Carlisle city centre has been sold at auction for £292,000.
The property, located on the corner of Warwick Road and Lowther Street, comprises three separate units, including a vacant corner unit (formerly an estate agent), a ground-floor shop, and upper floors.
Exceeding a guide price of £200,000, the property went under the hammer on Thursday, October 24, at The Halston Hotel with bidding starting at £190,000.
The ground floor shop unit is currently let to The Sandwich Bar at £7,500 per annum.
The upper floors of the property are let to Warwick Bazaar at £4,000 per annum.
These floors consist of multiple rooms spread across three levels.
On the same date, Carlisle's former Elements restaurant, at the corner of Cecil Street, was sold for £30,000.
