Greggs has opened a new and improved shop in Egremont.

Previously at 42 Main Street, the bakery retailer has moved to a larger premises at 50/52 Main Street.

Customers will be able to purchase their favourite Greggs products, including the popular sausage roll, steak bake, and vegan alternatives.

There will also be a range of over ice drinks including cloudy lemonade and iced mocha.

Customers will be able to take advantage of deals throughout the day, including breakfast combinations of a breakfast roll or baguette alongside a Fairtrade orange juice or hot drink.

The new Egremont Greggs shop will also stock its much-loved Sweet Mince Pies which have returned to shops nationwide.

This is served until 11am every day.

Gillian Long, retail operations director for Greggs, said: "We’re excited to be welcoming customers to our new and improved shop in Egremont.

"We look forward to providing customers with a modern, convenient new place to experience their Greggs favourites."

The shop also has indoor seating for customers to sit in store and enjoy their meal.

The opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 5am to 6pm, and Sunday from 7am to 4pm.
