A WEST Cumbrian museum will be hosting science experiment events for children.
These events will be hosted at The Beacon on Whitehaven harbour.
The events will take place over the October half-term week and offer a fun and educational way to learn about science.
In a post on social media, The Beacon wrote: "On October 26, 27, and November 2, and 3 we have a murder mystery event being run by the Royal Society of Chemistry, what is in cosmetics, Minecraft Geology, what household items look like under magnification. We have some fun, yes fun math challenges.
"On October 30, 31, and November 1 the Sellafield Innovation Centre will be at The Beacon with some cracking experiments and activities.
"There is no booking required - just turn up and join in on the fun with our team of mad scientists this Half Term."
